1C Information Technology Support

Information Technology Support (ITS) is a comprehensive service provided by the company 1C in cooperation with its partners to users of the “1C:Enterprise” software.

To receive support, registered users of the “1C:Enterprise” programs must sign a support agreement and purchase the 1C:Support Package (1C:SP) from official 1C partners.

The 1C:Support Package provides access to:


*  — According to the rules of the 1C hotline and partner developers.
** — The scope and type of services are defined by the partner.

Having access to official support and a valid 1C:SP is a mandatory condition for receiving any services from 1C partners and for using 1C services.

When purchasing any “1C:Enterprise” program (except basic versions), users are entitled to a three-month grace period of support. During this period, the standard set of services included in the 1C:SP is provided free of charge.

A paid extension of the 1C:SP can be purchased for any period ranging from 3 months to 2 years. Users who purchase the next period of 1C:SP before the current one expires (continuous renewal) receive an additional discount.
